I agree that the hardback is available.  I would always buy a hardcover vs. a paper version.  If you look and click on the $164 for the hardcover, it is the ORIGINAL VERSION.  This new version apparently is only available in paperback.   Also note that the new version is roughly 100 pages longer than the original version.  I forgot to mention this improvement.  I ordered mine today, hopefully I will get it in two or three days.
