Is there anyone on here with both or either the mono and stereo of Away We A Go Go who can check the version used of this track? Please dont go by any CD re-issue as you can never be sure of what they used.
My question relates to the rather poorer stereo vocal remake that surfaced some time (I think) after the LP. Just for personal reasons I'm attempting to find out when and where this second version first appeared and to make sure that it wasn't used on the stereo of the original LP.

Sorry Paul, I can't help. All I know is that there are two versions, a single version and an album version which both appear to be 2:33 long!

I have the 1981 US reissue, which I believe to be in stereo.

The Italian version has a lot better stereo sound than the other (English) stereo version.
