The Poppies were a not very successful short lived group from the mid '60's who had some good songs. The lead singer was Dorothy Moore of 'Misty Blue' fame.

I'm not sure what "LINDSEY’S LEGACY" has to do with The Poppies and I've no idea who Andrew Joseph Duffer is either!!  ;D ;D ;D

Back to The Poppies .... this is their "Lullaby Of Love" on YT, all very "Lovers Concerto" ...



And it even got airplay in merrie olde England back on '66 ... notably on the offshore "pirate" Radio London, where it was DJ Climber on 27th March 1966, though it was in competition with a local version by Antoinette.
