Motown Treasures

My first radio show on Radio X, Frankfurt is taking place on July 17th at 9:00 PM. During my two-hour slot, I want to introduce myself and share how I discovered soul music—tracing my journey from my first exposure to African American singers—starting with global star Dionne Warwick and the hugely successful girl group The Supremes, all the way to Motown. I really hope the show turns out well and that I can develop it into a series; later on, I’d also like to talk about the connections I made via the Motown message boards to the London Motown community—all thanks to my knowledge regarding Oma Heard/Page! You are a true hero, and you opened the door for me to the international Motown community. The radio show will be broadcast in German.
