Interesting video, presumably that was all shot in The Netherlands and/or Belgium when The Tops were there in early March '68.
Interestingly, "If I Were A Carpenter" was The Tops biggest Motown hit in The Netherlands, peaking at #4 on 27th April 1968, and was one of only a handful of Motown records that were more successful in The Netherlands than in The UK ... "Reach Out" only reached #8 on the Dutch charts!!
