Great find John ... I bought the 12" of "I Need Your Loving" back in 1980/81 and played it incessantly for months.  Fantastic string arrangements courtesy of Paul Riser as well.  :)

Here is Teena being interviewed by Dick Clark shortly after "I Need Your Loving" had dropped off the charts ...
