Mary Wells - Album title change

Mary Wells' LP "My baby just cares for me" , released in the UK in the Tamla Motown launch in early 19656, appears to be the same LP as the USA "Mary wells sings My Guy".
It seems strange that EMI didn't use the "My Guy" title, as it had been the Motown breakthrough in 1964. Why did EMI/Tamla Motown feel the need to make this change...surely "My Guy"  would have been a better choice? "My baby just cares for me" had no relevance to Mary.

The "My Baby Just Cares For Me" Tamla-Motown LP was actually a reissue of the 1964 UK Stateside "My Guy" LP

Why there was the title change is anyone's guess!!  Maybe someone at EMI/Tamla-Motown just liked the song??

Of course Mary had left the Company by this time...still seems an odd release.
