One wonders if Gloria recorded demos for her other songs.

She is such a good singer - and I love her Motown album - so I'd love to hear more.

Gloria's version was a demo which was finally saw the light of day when 'Share My Love' was released on CD in 2009 by Reel Music.

I think Gladys Knight's take is one of the best Motown 45s. I recall Alan "Fluff" Freeman raving about the single for a long time and not understanding why the British record buying public were impervious to its charms.

I remember Dave Godin  creating a fuss about GK & TPs record in B&S.
He was of the opinion that "IIWYW" was a poor record, beneath the talents of Gladys and was only fit for ...Petula Clark,
