Hmmmm ....

The track is actually called "I'll Be Here For You", which agrees with the lyrics of the song.  I don't have an original vinyl copy of "Nice & Soulful" but I do have a copy of the 2005 CD reissue.

Yes, it's a shame that Miss Crawford never really "made it big" as she had a fantastic voice. However I do believe that she did however have a minor (#56) UK hit in 1978 as the featured vocalist on Hamilton Bohannon's "Let's Start the Dance".

'I'll be there' a lovely post Motown track. From her album 'Nice & Soulful' released on Mercury in 1979. Shame that she never had any success.
