So thrilled when I saw this on YouTube.  One of my absolute favourites from Thelma and from Motown.  Have seen her live on 2 occasions including when she sang this song which had recently been released at the time.  I'm really glad she hit it big later on - though no one can top Harold Melvin & The Bluenotes pm "Don't Leave Me This Way" (Teddy).
