There was a recent celebration in Meridian, Mississippi, USA to honor David Ruffin.  Attached is the story that appeared in the local newspaper.

I hope that readers are able to open it and access it.  Complete with a parade and a star to honor him.

Sadly this can't be opened. 'Unavailable due to legal reasons' probably due to my being in the UK.   :'(
