Have always loved Elkie and especially this Motown cover:-



I've heard her version of Stevie's As, too - not bad either.

Elkie has a long history as a singer, so I'm guessing she sang more Motown in the Sixties.

What do you think of it?

Like it a lot but this is my fav. Her 3rd single released in 1965.
