Apparently Mandy Rice-Davies recorded an EP in 1964 which featured a cover version of " You got what it takes" on the Ember
Label.

..very interesting re those Fool Britannia satirical shows.
I'm reading a few books.on the Profumo Affair at present, including "Honeytrap"....how little we mere members of the public knew ( indeed know) what really goes on.

I recently heard the Christine track by Miss X...can't recall where exactly but I've been revisting the affair recently...youtube, TV etc.
I was 8 at the time...my only memory was of young women getting in and out of taxis.
